By booking an appointment for Compass Pain and Wellness services through the Service, you agree to pay the fees indicated for the booked service. Payments will be charged at the time of scheduling or at the time of service.
Cancellations
WE REQUIRE 24HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, based on the type of service. You may be charged a cancellation fee should you not provide the appropriate 24 hour advanced notice of cancellation.
