Robert Welch, PA-C

He brings a patient-centered approach to spine and joint care, with a focus on precision, comfort, and long-term functional improvement. His clinical experience includes a wide range of image-guided procedures and collaborative care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Before joining Compass, Robert practiced at Revere Health Imaging Centers in Utah County, performing outpatient radiologic procedures and supporting the Vein and Vascular Clinic. He previously served at Desert Radiology in Las Vegas, providing inpatient and outpatient care across seven hospitals. His scope included advanced procedures such as chest port placements, fluoroscopic GI studies, and CT-guided biopsies. He also served as an adjunct professor at Touro University Nevada, helping introduce PA students to radiologic procedures and clinical practice.

Robert lived in Thailand for two years, and is fluent in Thai. He and his wife have two kids and love spending time together in the mountains. Family life and outdoor adventures are central to his time outside of work.
