Miranda Olsen

Dr. Miranda Olsen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation.

She helps a variety of patients, from those returning to high-level sport, to those hoping to return to baseline independent function after major surgery. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Westminster College, after which she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2020. Her passion is promoting healing and hope for people who have impairments and pathologies that are preventing them from living life to the fullest. She looks at the whole patient and strives to value their goals in establishing a plan towards healing. She incorporates evidence-based treatment to ensure the best possible care. Miranda strives to teach each patient how to safely move and exercise in a way that is specifically tailored to their needs.

Miranda has spent nearly her entire life in the Salt Lake Valley, enjoying the beautiful mountains. She loves hiking and skiing. She is a retired college soccer player but still loves to run and exercise. She also is a certified Pilates instructor. Miranda and her husband, Matt, are the parents to three young children who are their whole world. Together they love coaching their kids and teaching them how to live a happy, healthy, active lifestyle.
