Kimberly Waldrep, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Compass Pain and Wellness specializing in workman’s compensation care for all work-related injuries. With a background in occupational health, sports medicine, orthopedics, and primary care, she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for injured workers at every stage of recovery. A U.S. Navy veteran and lifelong athlete, Kimberly views injured workers as industrial athletes—people whose jobs demand strength, endurance, and resilience. She meets each patient where they are, combining evidence-based medicine with empathy, clear communication, and respect.
