A Message from our Founder
My name is Daniel Rosenberg, and I’m the CEO of Compass Pain and Wellness. I founded this company because I know what it’s like to be lost in the healthcare system. I know how it feels to have pain, but no one with the curiosity to learn why; or to have a diagnosis, but no one who will take the time to learn how to solve it.
My mother had chronic pain every day of her life until she passed away. As a young man, I stayed up late researching her condition, taking notes I would bring to her doctors, most of whom dismissed me.
Since then, I grew up, went to business school, and found myself managing a healthcare practice with hundreds of clinicians. I spotted the good doctors, learned the insurance systems, and saw the best ways to get patients better. If only I had known all that as a young man.
I left that practice to found Compass Pain and Wellness with one simple mission: to make sure that every patient gets the kind of care I wish my mother had gotten.
At Compass, we hire the most empathetic, knowledgeable physicians, and empower them to take the time to get to know you. We study the scientific literature and look for advancements in the standard of care so that you never miss a treatment that could help, and never waste your time (or money) on treatments that don’t. We learn the barriers in the system, and never let red tape get in the way of your progress. We don’t take no for an answer. We are your healthcare consultant, advocate and champion.
Compass Pain and Wellness is a ground-up redesign of the healthcare system. It’s the place I wish I could have taken my mom. I can’t promise that your pain is curable, or you’ll be running up mountains when you walk out our doors. But I can promise that we will get you the best care money can buy, whether you have it or not. And that we will treat you like family, and do everything we can to get you better.
